Thank you for your interest in Pawling-Beekman Roller Hockey.  Since the completion of Don Flood Rink in 2000, PBRH has gained new dynamics in the program administration through the expenses associated with maintaining a safe facility.  These added costs are supplemented through corporate sponsor revenues, snack shack receipts and donations.

In 2007 the rink boards were completely replaced.  All the plywood, 2x4s and trim.  It was a monster project and certainly expensive.  Now we have plans to resurface the rink, landscape the public area between the parking lot and the rink and eventually build a new snack shack.  To accomplish these ensuing phases of improvements to the property for the benefit of the children and the community, we need every dollar.  Any help at all would be sincerely appreciated.  We are a volunteer organization and 100% of our revenues go back into the program.

Teaching children how to roll is more than balance and pushing off.  Soon the players learn about how a team works together for the benefit of everybody.  Once they become part of the team, and learn how good sports run a ship, they have it in them to one day be a leader of the ship.  Teamwork, Sportsmanship and Leadership.  And they think all they are doing is playing hockey.
